			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is just about accepted that stress is now a part of life and something that we won&#8217;t be able to avoid. There are numerous things that can spark off its effects and several of these can be long-term. Divorce or a shortage of cash are examples of why it can occur. Stress may be sparked off by an individual in your life like a relative or co-worker. The effects of this can be harmful to your health and your mental well-being and yet there are methods to combat this if we decide to. Exercise can be good in the fight against stress and this is an area we will now study.</p>

Exercising is something you must give your attention to and this is a terrific thing since during that time there will be less chance of other worries consuming your thoughts.
