When the time comes that you suspect your spouse is cheating what you want more than anything else is to have your cheating spouse caught right away, right? 3) Track. There are all kinds of ways you can track a man these days to find out if he is cheating or not. You can follow him, which is the old-fashioned way or you can use high tech devices to do the legwork for you. 4) Act. Taking decisive action is a role that many women are uncomfortable with at a time like this. Many women seek to avoid confrontation but there are ways you can take action without directly confronting your husband – yet. Answer his cell phone when it rings. Check the call history on his cell phone (though most men will erase it if they are having an affair). Log into his email account and see if he’s been getting any steamy emails. Snoop around on his computer and see if he’s saved any steamy emails, instant message chats, or other incriminating documents.
